Ah this was drawn during a time period when my drawing style seemed to think that really thin abdomens were cool. Eugh.

Here you see a strong American attack group attacking an offscreen base. The reason for different chopper designs would be the fact that I'd like to think the chopper pilots customize their own chopper to their own liking.

The 3 angled humvees at the bottom right was a lame attempt at trying to make the scene look less 2D hehe

This showcases the plethora of Allied soldiers that exists in Red Alert 2. From left to right, rocketeer, Chrono Legionairre, British Sniper, engineer, GI, Guardian GI, Seal and a tent. Im obviously missing a few infantry units.
